“Very enjoyable and serene place to stay!”

“In town for a funeral, stayed for four days. Room was clean, property was clean, staff were friendly. Property could use more maintenance, but nothing major: bottles that are normally attached to walls were not and the double sided tape being used did not hold up. Iron in the rooms leaked like a faucet. Ice machine had a visible pool of nasty murky water, doesn’t seem to get drained or cleaned. Good showers, good toilets, great water pressure. Comfy clean beds, loved the pillows.”

“The rooms were clean. Breakfast was not included!!! Had to put a $25.00 deposit down, and having trouble getting it back!!!”

“Upon entering, there wax an overpoweringsmell of maple syrup/oatmeal. Thought it was from the breakfast bar, but just an air freshener. Upon entering and leaving two days later, the front desk person was great. The front desk person on the two days in between my stay was terrible. No personality / certainly didn't want to be there and never even offered a 'hello' or 'how are you'. It was never mentioned that maid service would not be provided, therefore towels, garbage, etc. was not taken care...

“The staff are so nice and the housekeepers are nice too. And everything went good. I just hope they updated the room a little bit but it super nice and spacious. It just couple area are need to fix. But overall I love it and I don’t mind stay there again.”

“If you’re passing through Fort Wayne, you must book at Tru by Hilton. I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels and this one takes the cake. Every (I mean every) employee was very polite, cordial, and friendly. Apparently cleanliness isn’t the goal, it’s the standard. Everywhere from the parking lot to our room was immaculate. Bravo Zulu to the staff & management.”

“The air conditioning worked well in the room & the beds were comfortable . The room was not very clean and there are many repairs needed. Breakfast was not great. Daytime staff was friendly. For the price paid, I would not recommend this hotel.”

“They still owe me $50 of deposit after I check out the Wi-Fi doesn’t work the breakfast trash, not enough items for the breakfast”
